sCoolWork is a web app based out of Israel that helps students worldwide complete their homework in an easier, faster and more effective way. Whether it is math problems, history questions or simply issues with an elective like music or art history- sCoolWork helps students complete A+ work in just half of the time. To help students achieve this, sCoolWork offers a text editor in which students can format their papers into the proper MLA, APA or Chicago style formats. Additionally, students who use sCoolWork report that using its search engine to research subjects was faster and yielded for academically accepted materials to cite. sCoolWork is a newer company and they are looking to bring on board more and more functionality all derived around the concept of taking the prep and technical setup of students' work and automating it.

What is the history and popularity of the app?

sCoolWork is an app that was developed by the Israeli startup company Skills & Knowledge. They have lofty plans for their sCoolWork application. The web app launched in 2011 and has received decent feedback on the Internet.

What are the differences to other apps?

sCoolWork's main differentiation is that it is a free application to use. Additionally it is in its beta so the future holds a lot for what this app can do. It is a great way for students who are often already living on a shoestring budget to get access to a solid and helpful application to help them with their homework.

To sign up for sCoolWork, users will need provide the app their email address, select a password and accept the sCoolWork Terms of service. Users can further complete their profile once logged in, or they can "x" out of that and dive right into using the app.

sCoolWork is a great app for any student who is tasked with writing research papers in the MLA, APA or Chicago style format. These formats can seem overwhelming at times for newer students and this app helps walks these students through the process of setting up their papers and not getting marked down for something as "irrelevant" as a formatting issue.
